So far so good! We just recently went under contract and are about to start construction of our new home with Mattamy. We have not met with the builder yet, but so far JoAnn our sales rep has done a great job and we were very impressed with the quality of the model! We moved to Boynton Waters on 3/31, and we are very happy so far! The neighborhood is very quiet & peaceful. The purchasing process was smooth and we are very happy with the house. Any issues (nothing major) have been addressed & fixed, or will be fixed after our 30-day walk-through. Of course there's been a bit of a construction slow down due to covid, but that's no biggie for us. A big thank you to Donald D. and Mark T. (construction manager) for always responding quickly to our questions and needs!
