Decent community BUT run by an oppressive homeowners association the only community I know of, where visitors can park on the street but the homeowners or residents CAN'T, regardless the time of the day! If you do, you get fined by the very people you elected for the board! The homeless people wandering trough from time to time, have more rights here.
