Buying a new home is a little daunting—it’s been 20+ years since we built a house! Kris, our salesperson, made choosing our home and working through the process much less difficult. Afterward, Kris has been very responsive in answering questions and providing information. Kris is a wonderful representative for the Mattamy brand and Brightmore!
Kris Zemla was fantastic! Over the course of 2+ years of visits and house showings in Brightmore, Kris was incredibly patient with us. She listened to our likes and dislikes--things that we wanted and did not want in a new home--and exhibited a high degree of flexibility with us. She truly wanted for us to be nothing but happy in our new home! We would highly recommend working with Kris!

Our salesperson, Kris, was great throughout the process of our home build. Kris is very enthusiastic and seems to love her position. She showed us several homes and lots in the community to get some perspective of how our house would stand in regards to sunlight exposure on the front and rear. She kept us up to date on the progress of the build from groundbreaking to final project!
