The Building is beautiful, It's been ups and downs with valet issues, but overall I see things moving in the right direction and I'm grateful for the consistent effort since management was changed!
New homes have all kinds of issues. Warranty department, HOA & builder will do ANYTHING possible to deny your claim.
Paint bad on the house after only 3 years, won’t repaint it. Matter Homes does very poor work with sub par materials and will not stand behind their product! Buy elsewhere!!
