The homes withstood the hurricane. There is no denying the quality of the build. Be prepared to be the supervisor of your warranty representative after you close. In fact, hire a home inspector prior to closing and have every item fixed before settlement! I would also suggest you drill down on the quality of the landscape they install. Over the TOP service !! Josh was on point, more importantly honest, polite and professional. Returned all calls/ text in a timely manner. Our salesman Dave is cut from the same as Josh.
