Bought our new build with Mattamy Homes and we are so pleased with not only the experience that we've had with the sales/lending team but also with the quality of our home. Any issues that we raised were quickly resolved with little effort on our end. The team was professional and competent. We would recommend Mattamy Homes to any of our friends and are really excited for our future in our new home.
The entire Mattamy team have been wonderful to work with. Quick to respond to any questions or needed repairs, which have been minimal. Definitely recommend to anyone considering new construction, even our real estate agent was impressed.
From the sales force to design center to the builder our experience could not have been any better or more enjoyable. We also used Mattamy Lending which was fast and easy. We have been in our new home for three months and couldn’t be happier. I have no reservations in recommending Mattamy, in fact our friends have just bought the house next door!
You have a public pool and it’s closed during the winter and the neighbors are really really nice and they have a small park that babies can use also
