Great customer service! – I have made a living on commission income for the past 19 years. I have a long client list of happy customers. I never treat anyone less than as a good friend or relative. I go over and above the call of duty. I have one disgruntled buyer that is putting out negative press on me and my company. I would not recommend Matta & Matta Real Estate in the Irwin area. They did not show us many properties and they stopped returning calls to see other homes after ony a few weeks. They will have you sign a contract so that you can not look for a house with any other agent. Please, do not sign that contract. They don't do their jobs and they hold you accountable.
Lazy response – I would not recommend Matta and Matta real estate at all. They did not follow through at all after the first few weeks of helping me look for a home. No call backs or emails after awhile. They treat you like a number and not a customer. Don't sign anything with them. You are better going with a more reputable and national corporation.
