He acts like he is above everyone else and he judges you before he even gets to know you as a patient
Very poor communication. Totally disregards what you're saying and dimisses your concerns.
I like the front office staff and Dr. Matta. They have always treated me kind and Dr. Matta seems to genuinely want to help.
This dr is one ignorant piece of trash ! Thinks he’s better than everyone else ! And staff are just as bad.
This is the worst doctors office to deal with. Shelby is amazing but reception and the nurse are inadequate. I have left several messages and spoken with the receptionist and the nurse refuses to call me back. It has been over a week and NO ONE has called me back. I address my concerns with the receptionist regarding having no medication left and she dumps my call to the nurses voicemail. I am completely out of medication and no one is allowed to enter the premises so I am at their mercy. This is ridiculous and unprofessiona... read more
