Matt helped us purchase our home in Florida, we were moving there from Missouri. Matt was excellent to work with! He had great knowledge of the market and the home buying process in Florida, which helped us immensely since we weren't familiar with what differences we'd see from Missouri. He negotiated us into a much better deal as well! He showed up to all appointments on-time, he handled a walk-thru for us remotely and stayed in regular communication with me throughout the process!
