Dr. Wettstein is excellent! He takes the time to care for his patients and doesn't rush in and out. I am very pleased with the care that I have received and as a Healthcare professional highly recommend him!
Worst mistake ever going to him! He shortened my toes and made them way to short. They also don’t lay flat and are crooked. One lays over on top of the other. Wasn’t like that before he messed my foot up. He cut the tendon on the back of my calf and still kills me if my snow boots rub against it. I had to go to another doctor and have another surgery to fix his huge mess up and my foot still isn’t 100% and never wil be due to him. My issue was pain on the ball of my foot. Dr. Wettstein is the best doctor for foot and ankle needs. I took my son with special needs to him and could not be happier with the care we received. He and his staff are amazing to work with, very professional but also very friendly.
a few years back i went to have a solution for my bunions . the podiatrist wettstein insisted that i have tendonitis and that i should also do surgery to release my tendons, i refused. He insisted and said if i don't do the tendon release with the bunions then the bunions will return later even if i do surgery for it. I somehow accepted the tendon release surgery and it was the biggest mistake ever. now if i jog or stand for a prolonged period of time , my heal hurt bad as i feel that the heel bone isn't supported by a cushi... read more
