Dr.Weaver is good Dr. but office staff very RUDD and incompetent, I had eye exam never billed vision insurance instead billed Medicare as a medical claim which was denied. Went to office to question was treated very rudd and brushed off by receptionist and another staff person setting there also, will not patronize this business again and would suggest you do the same......
Dr. Weaver is a great optometrist, but the front desk staff is awful. They failed to notify me that my trial contact lenses were in. I called about two weeks after ordering them and the lady was rude and said it takes time to get them in. I waited two additional months and stopped in and they were in a basket up on the shelf. I have tried calling three times since to order more contacts and I have yet to get a call back.
They never answer the phone or get back to you..Matt is good Dr.
As other reviews have said Matt Weaver has always been a great optometrist. He’s the only one I’ve ever been to. With that being said, I have never had someone talk to me the way his front desk did. I’ve only been to an optometrist 3 or 4 times in my life so I’m not incredibly familiar with how the process works. I called about getting more contacts and asked if they had any in stock and if not, could I get my prescription to order some. Matt Weaver is a great optometrist, but his front end staff are absolutely horrible. They don't answer the phones or return calls, are rude in person, & don't know how to correctly put in/ bill insurance. It's not a hard job at all and those women aren't taking their jobs seriously.
