Matt is not just entirely competent, with great personal judgment and wisdom, but he is also just one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. He helped us find a home while we were living out of state, which is no easy task. From searching to closing, he guided us with care and common sense, and also seemed to genuinely revel in our joy and happiness. I'd give TEN stars if I could! I'll miss him now that we are in our new home.
