Based on my last service appointment, I will think twice before taking my Subaru here again. It used to be good when it was Matt Slap. Responsiveness of the personnel have been on the decline, considering you pay a higher price for going to a “dealer”. Plus I was advised to do things that were purely based on mileage/time-since-purchase “recommendations” rather than the actual condition. The service here is outstanding. Offered me a ride home and a return trip while they did my service. The service manager introduced me to my tech. When I returned the car was cleaner than I had left it. Thanks Freddy and team Subaru for the outstanding service.
Needed new tires. The thing i noticed which i thought was great was everyone was accommodating and treated everyone with care. I noticed a board in the seating area sharing customer compliments which was nice. My advisor, Nysir, was excellent. I felt valued as a guest. TY!!!!
