Avoid this place, still have not fixed my 2023 subaru. It has already had 3 visits for repairs. Going on our 3rd visit in the past month. They scratched our steering wheel during maintenance. Condescending workers who make it seem like our fault. A 2023 car should not have this many issues. What kind of center just reolaces a keyfob and considers the car fixed when the remote start wasnt working?
So useless, they gaslight you when they can't solve an issue that prevents you from even turning on your car and they leave your car with scratches on the steering wheel
I bought a 2023 outback two years ago as a brand new car at Matt slap due to Subaru's reliability- and boy was I wrong! The past month has been an absolute nightmare. The car won't unlock with the key fob, remote start, or even the manual key. This has now happened at an airport, before and after work, in the pouring rain and a multitude of other inconvenient times.
