Very efficient, friendly, super fast service
*****AVOID THIS PLACE***** I live two hours and forty five minutes from the dealrship, so I spent a few days working out a deal on a vehicle with them. Everything was worked out and I scheduled a time to go pick up the vehicle on Saturady at 2. After an hour and a half into the drive I received an email that said "just want to let you know we sold the car you were going to get, but we have other stuff on the lot." Took car in for oil change, the report checked all fluids checked, are most ifthem still empty, interesting. Best to check under the hood after getting so called fluids checked. Skimping
If I could give this place negative stars I would. All the employees with Ourisman (who haven’t been fired yet) are so incompetent which shouldn’t be surprising with such inept management . We took our car in to get the battery replaced and have some routine maintenance. An Ourisman employee backed into our car while it was in their lot. We were told they would fix the damages and provided a loaner car. Three weeks went by and they called to say it was time to pick up the car.
