Awful! Liars! Stay Away! Never Performed service and said they did! I had a horrific experience buying my first Subaru from this dealership. They lied to me about the remote start subscription cost among other things and none of the employees were educated on pricing. Eventually they wound up installing the remote start keyfob for free after much back and forth complaints and speaking with customer advocacy department. Update: No longer is this Matt Slap, but rather changed ownership to Ourisman Tri State. The service department can't perform basic routine maintenance correctly as they overfilled engine oil on both of our cars. Service consultant confirmed work was completed and no issues present, but I checked the car after repair and they hadn't filled the engine coolant reservoir. Avoid this place, still have not fixed my 2023 subaru. It has already had 3 visits for repairs. Going on our 3rd visit in the past month. They scratched our steering wheel during maintenance. Condescending workers who make it seem like our fault. A 2023 car should not have this many issues. What kind of center just reolaces a keyfob and considers the car fixed when the remote start wasnt working?
So useless, they gaslight you when they can't solve an issue that prevents you from even turning on your car and they leave your car with scratches on the steering wheel
