I took my 2016 Tiguan here because it was running rough and the EPC light had come on. The codes that came on initially indicated that it was an issue with the timing chain. If this had been the case the cost of the repair would have been more than the car is worth at this point. They could have pulled the engine partially apart to check the chain but this would be hours of work just to see if it was, in fact, the chain and might have cost me a few hundred dollars just to find out that the major repair wasn't worth it. I’ve been coming to Matt’s A+ for close to 3 years and I couldn’t recommend their service enough! IT’S WORTH EVERY SINGLE DOLLAR!! Matt himself is incredibly knowledgeable of VW’s. I have saved at the very least $4k with the work Matt has done on my 2013 Tiguan. On one occasion Matt worked on my car’s shifter on the spot and saved me $1450 on the bushing for the shifter’s actuator cable. That was pure luck as he had the part available. They have two master mechanics. Family owned, and much better deal than the dealership service center. Update! Just got some minor modifications done today at Matt's and very happy with the outcome. Had a big smile on my face all the way home.
