Before seeing Matthew, I was extremely nervous as it's always scary at first when seeing a new psychologist, as you don't know what to expect. He is calm, very well spoken and has given me strategies to help deal with my anxiety that's been improving. I can open up to Matthew about a lot of things without feeling judged, and he is very down to earth. I highly recommend Mathew to anyone who may need support.
