Matt was my broker for the purchase of my new home in El Cerrito CA. He is local to the San Diego area, as I was, but he drove out to the Bay area to help me look for a house that met my criteria. He also walked me through the Escrow process and helped me inspect the homes and process the information provided by the sellers. His help was priceless - I believe I could not have found and purchased my new home so quickly and efficiently without him - I would probably still be looking!
As a Home Inspector, it was a pleasure working with Matt. He was attentive to the clients needs and able to communicate effectively when discussing the the defects often found in an 80+ year old home. I would recommend him as a knowledgable agent.
