Matt Reese herself is very nice and reasonable. Her assistant is unprofessional and incompetent. This causes much frustration. Her assistant calls after the rent has been paid & says that it has not causing much stress. When they check their mail, they actually find the rent. This service has no option to pay the rent online to avoid this headache. When issues arise, the assistant never seems to know how to resolve anything. I made an offer on a home in Seguin, 290 Church Road to be exact, I was told my offer was accepted, and then they refused to discuss the offer, I would have been fine if the offer was rescinded, however I guess this company and the real estate representatives do not carry the value of a person's word. When the offer was accepted informed everyone, esp my son. who was so excited we were getting a home. THANK YOU FOR REPRESENTING THE VALUES WHICH HAVE RUINED ETHICS I WILL BE REPORTING YOU TO REALTORS ASSOCIATION
Very rude and unprofessional, tryed to schedule an appointment for a viewing and I felt like I got directed to a ghetto hotline with slang and unethical-ness. Whoever the woman is running the service for this company is tarnishing it’s integrity, there was only one review left for this company and I was skeptical based off what they said, but they were entirely correct and I would not recommend associating with this Buisness. Simply a “give me your money and go away mentality.”.
The worst customer service, the two women, did nothing but yell and insult my wife for wanting to rent a house. Unprofessional, I've been to many real estate companies looking for a nice home and this is the only one who was rude and unprepared.
