We worked with Alyssa Miller on purchasing our new home in November of 2024. She was very professional and kept us informed throughout the process. As a result of that positive experience, we then asked her to help us sell our existing home. Due to market conditions, it took longer than anticipated but she was helpful and made good recommendations and it eventually sold. We would strongly recommend both Alyssa and her agency to sellers or prospective buyers of property on the OBX.
We had a first rate experience with our realtor Allysa and with our home purchase through the Myatt Group. Allysa was very responsive and helpful, walking us through the unique aspects of purchasing a home in Dare County. Allysa and her transaction coordinator Anna kept us informed and walked us through from contract to closing. Would definitely recommend them to anyone purchasing a home in the Outer Banks.
Adam went above and beyond to find us a beach house that met our criteria. We had a short 24 hour house hunting trip on one occasion, and Adam visited potential houses and sent videos so that we could prioritize which houses to visit. The entire closing process went smoothly as Adam was there to help with any questions. Adam recommended great contractors for minor repairs of our wonderful beach house.
I purchased a home in the spring of 2025 and had a great experience with my Realtor Jason Beasley from The Myatt Group... Jason was a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend him looking for a great realtor.
Jason B was amazing. We began our search up north and switched focus to the south OBX. Jason was very patient with our needs and never tried to sway us in the easier direction. Even though or target area was far from his home, he went above and beyond to drive for showings and inspections. Thank you Jason, and the Myatt team! Highly recommended.
