Allysa Miller was wonderful in guiding us through the house hunting process from start to finish. She is very knowledgeable about OBX in general and referred us to very competent people from mortgage brokers, insurance reps, inspectors, and contractors. She was always prompt in responding to questions, and gave us good recommendations in the bargaining process. She even bought us drinks at her husband's restaurant in the area!
