This is my 3rd time working with Matt, and the 5th deal he's done for my friends/family. Matt has a talent for accomplishing complex deals while at the same time making things easy for his clients. This last deal was far from conventional with many road blocks that I'm sure would've stumped most agents and we closed on time with minimal headaches.
