He was able to advise us on the best listing price, which was significantly higher than other agents we interviewed with. This is my 3rd time working with Matt, and the 5th deal he's done for my friends/family. Matt has a talent for accomplishing complex deals while at the same time making things easy for his clients. This last deal was far from conventional with many road blocks that I'm sure would've stumped most agents and we closed on time with minimal headaches. Home buying isn't always easy but with Matt it is, I enthusiastically recommend him to anyone looking for a real estate professional.
