On July 18, six weeks ago, I had robotic assist hip replacement performed by Dr. Lee Radford. He was highly recommended to me and I am so happy that I am now back to doing all the things I used to do. He went under the muscle instead of cutting through it and the pain was very minimal. At two and one half weeks I was driving my car and at 5 weeks I was walking a mile and climbing 15 steps up and down. I went to Dr. Radford for a problem with my thumb because he did such a great job with my elderly mother's broken ankle.He took time to explain what was wrong with me in terms I could understand without being condescending. He explained treatment options thoroughly. I can tell he truly cares about his patients and their treatments.
Dr. Radford is willing to spend the amount of time needed for you and family members to have a full understanding of the procedure to be done.
Dr. McCartney is a compassionate, committed and caring doctor. From my first visit, I knew I had found a capable chiropractor whose technique and expertise provided relief from joint pain, especially lower back.
I fell and broke my right shoulder in 3 places in February. Dr. Radford was recommended by my daughter who had a total knee replacement done by Dr. Radford. He was thorough and took time to explain each of the options available to me for the best possible outcome. I am in my late 70s so I was concerned about my level of recovery, but I am back to almost 100%. I highly recommend Dr. Radford and I am thankful he was available to handle my care.
Dr. Radford is very communicative and informative with regard to his patient care. He is compassionate and knowledgeable. I felt very confident with this doctor taking care of me and my family.
Total knee replacement Dec 12, 2017. 5 weeks out I am functioning with little post op discomfort. Dr. Radford was careful to explain every aspect of the surgery and offered all possible options. His professionalism and commitment to excellence are the major factors in my assessment of his care.
