Second time a situation happened to my new truck. Last year, Jeremy Nowlin and Michele Boyce, helped me get that situation fixed in no time. A couple weeks ago, I was in the same situation, Michele Boyce In parts and Blake at the service counter, were amazing, awesome, and on top of the situation. I recently took my truck to Mazzei after having multiple bad experiences from another service department from a different dealership. Mazzei’s service department went above & beyond taking great care to my vehicle! The entire staff are friendly, hard working & kept me informed the entire time my truck was in their possession. They even washed it! Now that’s customer service! Highly recommend this dealership for your needs!!
Jon and Blake were very helpful at my recent oil change visit. Entire team at this dealership are pleasant people, including the detail worker's and the new Salesman. Makes for a nice place to do business with.
