I switched my State Farm agent to Matt Martin about a year ago. They called me right away to set up an appointment to review the details of my auto/house policies which needed to be updated. Matt was great about answering all my questions and explaining anything I did not understand. Barbara has also been great at answering questions and getting recommendations. They are good about following up quickly.
