Matt did a fantastic job and stuck with us for months until we could find our perfect home and have an offer that was accepted! Matt was very patient and took time to get to know what we were both looking for in a home. Matt took everything into consideration and would bring up homes that we may have overlooked to find our diamonds in the rough. In the end we found a fantastic home that we love and to start our family in. I always recommend him to anyone looking for a home!
Matt is the best realtor in Colorado. Not only is he patient and accommodating, he is the hardest worker and will get you the house of your dreams. We needed to find a house in one week (yes one week!), because we were moving from out of state. Not only did he accommodate my annoying pickiness, he found me the house of my dreams within our budget, with a mountain view, and walking trails to boot. We owe him so many thanks. GO WITH MATT! Matt helped me purchase my home in 2020. I closed in early July, during the middle of the Coronavirus pandemic. Matt was so easy to work with. Even through the pandemic, Matt met me at properties to tour them and brought along hand sanitizer to do so! Realtors with good character are hard to come by these days. I’ve run into a ton of shady types who care about their commissions more than they care about you. Matt is different - he’s honest, he listens carefully for your needs, and he tries to match you with something that you’ll be happy to call home. He’s also very responsive and generous with his time. To this day, I still call him with random real estate questions.
