Matt made the whole process of selling my mother's condo astonishingly easy quite honestly, considering I live in Southern California, and the condo is in Illinois. At the time my mother was incapable of doing anything for her herself, for she had brain surgery and subsquently was forced to live in a memory care facility. So, I absolutely needed a realtor who could do much more than simply list and sell a home on her behalf.
