Dr. Kaitlin and the office staff take excellent care of my needs. They are professional and efficient. I can get an appointment when I need one. They are not understaffed and they take pride in their work. Great experience!
I had an unfortunate experience with the office staff when I realized after spending 1.5 hours in the office having a crown removed, their office restroom was not working. Instead of helping me solve a known problem, they informed me that the doctor would take care of it. I returned to the restroom to try to rectify the situation myself. Despite my efforts, I could not resolve the problem, and I ultimately left the office feeling deeply embarrassed.
