Not impressed! Leigh called me after I visited their website. She started asking me questions that had nothing to do with my home and why I was looking to sell. I felt like I was talking to a sleazy used car salesman. From the start I could see from her tone that I was just another lead and not a person to her. Why I am selling is nobody’s business, now let’s talk about the house. Terrible terrible people! I did not pay for a proper inspection bc I needed a home asap and didn't have the money to spare, it seems that's exactly what they were counting on. I have been in my house one week and I keep finding things!!! Both showers have no pressure or hot water with flimsy tub spouts. I have found 2 floor vents that have been covered over!!!! And one that is unusable (under the washer). TONS of soft spots in the floors, & the wiring in the attic is awful!! I have 3 switches that don't operate ANYTHING?!?!
At first I was skeptical because I'd never worked with them or had heard of them before and with so much scamming in the industry I was nervous! But Heather and Rachel were so professional and prompt in answering all my questions no matter how many I asked and so patient and responsive during the entire process which took longer than expected no fault of any of us! I really appreciated the level of knowledge and professionalism that was provided! Looking forward to working with them again!
Great company friendly people professional and courteous customer service help me and my wife with all are concerns even provided help for me getting my identification for the closing of our home! I would recommend steadfast home buyers to anyone who wants it done right!
