I had the worst experience getting my recall serviced at this dealership. They replaced my rear axle shaft and then 10,000 miles later my rear differential goes out. They told me that you lose no fluid when replacing the axle shafts. Which is a complete lie, in the recall order it states that there are 4 ounces to be replaced. This dealership is willing to lie for their services center, showing a complete lack of accountability and poor moral stature. Do not use this dealership for ANYTHING!!
Do NOT bring your vehicle here for servicing!! They are crooks and incredibly unfriendly. We had a recall done here and all the fluid leaked out now we need $6,000 worth of repairs on a three year old truck. The service manager had 0 compassion and doesn’t guarantee their work. What a nightmare.

Everything was excellent from start to finish. I went out of my way to get service at Riehls Ford and it was totally worth the extra effort
