On a Tuesday, I made an online appointment for a Friday morning. I called to confirm that they got the appointment request. When I called they told me that they were not sure when they would actually look at my vehicle. They were “very busy”. I informed them that my vehicle would be towed to them that day. Poor service and communication. Amanda and Beth are terrible at getting back to you. It’s almost impossible to get a response from them. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
VG experience at Jim Riehl's Ford. Got a svc appointment for a battery/charging issue on the F-150 right away, fixed, and in-and-out with no problem. More than satisfied and will use them again.
