I had to switch agents after moving, and the agent I talked with was very helpful in the process. She took the time to explain everything and was patient when answering my questions. I would recommend using this agency for their knowledge and friendliness.

Has been a great insurance agent since we moved into Rochester. When you need to talk to someone, they are very friendly and attentive on the phone. If you prefer electronic, they have all the luxuries of the statefarm website. I don't often review, but they deserve top marks for each time we've interacted. I've never had to file a claim, but have needed the roadside assistance more than once, as well as the usual adding vehicles/insuring house kind of things. Very honest and hardworking.
