Josh and Wendy were fantastic to work with. The process for getting the house on the market was seamless and efficient. Matt and Josh were recommended to us by our next door neighbors, who also used Matt and Josh to sell their house. It was a super easy process to set up everything with them to put our house on the market, even when it was not in a preferred season to sell a house. They were very flexible and very responsive that met the need of our busy traveling schedules. Wendy in their office was particularly helpful with regular emails and texts updates.
