Matt did a great job helping us sell our house. He was very knowledgeable of the market and was always honest with us about expectations. Our house sold within 3 weeks of hitting the market thanks to his work. Highly recommend him for buying/selling needs in the Tiffin, North Liberty, Coralville area.

Matt was the absolute best we could’ve asked for! He kept us informed every step of the way and could always answer any questions we might have had. He’s very knowledgeable and professional, and an all around easy person to talk to. I would highly recommend him for any home purchase needs! Thank you Matt, we definitely appreciate you!

We recently purchased a home that Matt had listed. He was very helpful with any questions we had, quick to answer a text or email even on weekends and evenings, and guided us through the process step by step. He made everything stress free on our end.

Matt was amazing to work with on selling our lot. He's very professional and knowledgeable. We were reassured through the whole process; we felt he made us a priority with constant communication and updates. His extensive contact list across the state was impressive! We appreciated the effort he put into this sale and got us the outcome we wanted! I would recommend Matt to anyone looking to buy or sell.
