I live in Nevada and had to find a real estate agent in Godfrey when my sister passed away. I called Matt and hired him over the phone and I was fortunate I did. Matt went beyond the call of duty when he hired repairs that needed done, hauling junk, and cleaning the house. He sold the house quickly and did everything he said he would do, when he said he would, and then some. I can't recommend him enough. He made an unbearable situation better so I could deal with my loss.

Shady business. Submitted an offer at asking price on a house Bene had listed. This offer was submitted at 2PM on a Saturday. Offer had a 24 hr response time limit set by us. 20 hours after we submitted our offer, Bene had informed us that they were now setting an offer deadline for Monday at 5:30 pm with acceptance/rejection responses sent out by 8pm. We called Landmark to sell our flip property. They put us in touch with Sharon, and after canceling one day she decided to do a no show the 2nd day. We had to call her and ask her what's up. She told us that she came by at 11, and we weren't there. We told her that we had been there all day and both our cars were literally right there. She then ask us what color the house was. Really?
