Long time customer who has had it with this place. Steadily going down hill the last few years, and I am done with them. I do not recommend these rude, disrespectful, and dishonest Dr's to anyone. They change prescription without notifying you, they raise prices drastically without notice. They also sell inferior products, and wont stand behind them. And the girls in the office are the worst. There all snobby, dishonest, and condescending. Its obvious there told, or trained to be this way, there isin't a nice respectful one ... read more

very rude lady told me i couldnt touch something i wanted to buy because she has to wash everything but NOT ONE OF THEM WASHED THE HANDLE ON THE DOOR THAT 3 PEOPLE USED IN FRONT OF ME . . cvod 19 sheep
very polite staff and doctor
Sadly I was not impressed with this doctor. he came into the room, never introduced himself nor asked my name. Performed a couple tasks on a machine, mumbled a couple things about fine tuning my prescription then left the room never to be seen from again. I was so confused I asked the girl what was happening. Needless to say unless you want to be treated like a number stay away. Their glasses selection was terrible. I had to request my prescription they didn't even give it to me. Not good.
Incompetent staff, unorganized, no matter what there is always an issue. My family or myself will never go here again
by standing by and replacing the bum frames they sell instead of trying to bs the customers
Took very good care of my daughter. Glasses came in earlier than expected.
