After I explained my needs/concerns. Matt knew exactly what to do after looking at my claim. I’d recommend working with Geico Minneapolis for anyone who likes to get great customer service. The company made the whole experience very easy for me to understand. I was very ill and in the hospital at the time.Everyone explained everything clearly so I could understand and fill out stuff online and over the phone, and what forms to mail in.
Very happy with the service and especially the way Dom handled everything. He was very responsive and helpful. Glad I am with GEICO and Dom is the agent I work with.
Geico is a Horrible company, Beware of ever "working" with this company. Purchase Dashcams before it is too late! I had one of their subscribers blew a stop sign and hit me with the side of its car while it was rolling through the turn on two wheels and they somehow determined that it was "my fault". This is the kind of "adjusting" that causes the problems with our insurance system. People waste in time and money on obvious cause and effect.
Jill Pick was the most professional pleasant agent I talked to. I wish I can give her 10 stars not 5.
