Matt was our next door neighbor and how lucky were we when we decided to sell our home. First Matt & his wife & children were the best neighbors, we were so lucky. Matt took charge when we told him we were looking to sell and understood the dilemma we were in. He made the moving process so easy and what wasn't easy he explained & took care of it all. Matt and His Team went above and beyond navigating a very challenging Real Estate transaction. Not only did he help with the standard process, but he took it upon himself to research damage done to the property sidewalk caused by workers on the street. To the point of saving us upwards of $5k in repairs. Matt never failed to pickup the phone on the first few rings. If I owned a Real Estate firm , he wold be my first hire!
