Could not have had a better experience. We live in California and needed to sell our house in Delaware. The place needed some work, and Matt did a great job of both sorting out which repairs to tackle, as well as managing the renovations. The house looked great, and we had a buyer after the first weekend on the market.
Pleasure to work with Matt - He is efficient, listen to our needs and made our condo purchase smooth even though we come from another state. He goes above and beyond expectations as he even fixed the drain of the dishwasher unit prior closing! I definitely highly recommend Matt and I will keep in touch with him for the future.
