Best realtor in the game and has so much patience! Started my journey in the beginning of COVID which threw a lot of wrenches in my plans for homeownership. Matt was amazing and so helpful throughout the entire process. I could not be more thankful for him. His expertise in the field made me feel confident in my purchase and couldn’t be happier . I am so appreciative of all the things Matt did to help us sell our house. The real estate world has changed a lot since we last bought or sold and Matt eased us through the process so we could best prepare our house for listing. He really knows the nearby neighborhoods, the selling points and realistic values. I highly recommend both sellers and buyers give him an opportunity to assist in what they need.
Could not have had a better experience. We live in California and needed to sell our house in Delaware. The place needed some work, and Matt did a great job of both sorting out which repairs to tackle, as well as managing the renovations. The house looked great, and we had a buyer after the first weekend on the market.
