Matt is the fourth real estate agent I've worked with and is by far the best. He was able to sell my house for over $100k more than a comparable unit in the same building sold for six months ago and it was on the market for less than a week. I couldn't ask for anything more! He was great to deal with and very efficient. He was on top of any issue that came up. All I had to do is include him on the email with the issue and he was on the case.

Matt was able to get my second unit rented in less than two weeks. Before working with Matt, I had been using another prominent leasing company that was unable to rent the unit after three months on the market. The tenants he found pay on time and are respectful of the property.
