Kathy helped us buy our Tudor-style home on the Northside of Minneapolis, and she was incredible from start to finish. Her negotiation strategy was spot-on, and she supported us even after closing with helpful resources. Kathy is the absolute best. We so enjoyed getting to know her and work with her on the purchase of our new home. She guided us through the entire process and was so attentive. We really felt like she was in our corner and was watching out for our best interests as we had some specific older homes in mind. Cannot recommend Engen Group and specifically Kathy enough.
