I first used Matt and his team in 2011 and they once again did an excellent job. I really appreciated their help managing all the renovations I needed done and his pricing guidance helped realize a higher sale price than I thought I could get. Matt provided frequent updates on the renovations and overall sale process and was great in answering my questions, whether by phone or text.

Matt has a fantastic customer service focus and treats the sale of his client's property as if it were his own. He is especially attuned to noticing the selling points of a property as well as those things that should be "tuned up" prior to going on the market. We followed his suggestions and received top dollar (i.e., full asking price) for our property. He is truly a pleasure to work with, and we would definitely use him again!
