My experience with Matt Ditzler was worse than terrible. He is difficult to reach, and clearly prioritizes his clients based on his commission. He was MIA when my purchase agreement was imploding, and I ended up hiring a lawyer myself to resolve the issues, Zero stars - Avoid at all cost.
Matt is amazing to work with - highly recommended! Smart, nice and efficient. Whatever Matt offers for advice - listen and take it because he is spot on!
