Matt was incredibly helpful throughout our whole condo sale process. He was professional, efficient, thoughtful, honest, and had great ideas on how to best sell our place in DC for top dollar. I would highly recommend him. Not only has he been in the real estate business for years in DC but he was born and raised here -so he knows the neighborhoods and real estate market like the back of his hand.
