I recently purchased a new Kia Seltos and had an amazing experience thanks to Alan, Joe, Rudy and Robert. They went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. When the specific Seltos I was looking for wasn’t available on their lot, they arranged to pick it up from another place to make it happen. Alan, Joe, Rudy and Robert went above and beyond to get me the exact Kia Seltos I wanted. Super helpful, professional, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!
My mother bought a car from them. We asked that they fix the seat shield before we pick the car up. They said it would be repaired. We received a phone call the next day saying it was fixed and ready to go . Upon arriving to pick up the car I noticed that they had not been repaired. He was rude and disrespectful to my mother and did not offer to repair the seat shield.
Andy was great & made sure to help me get the car I wanted. He didn’t try to sell me something else. Josh went above & beyond to help with my financing.
First of all, I only chose 1 star, cause there’s not an option to leave 0 stars. Terrible experience, specifically with MJ in new car sales at Honda. Spent 48 hours with consistent contact with him about purchasing a specific new car. He became frustrated with going back and forth with me about pricing and insisted I come in and finalize the deal, (we were close on price) so as of 11am he knew we were coming it at 5pm for the car, even called me 20 minutes before I arrived to verify to sit there for 15-20 minutes waiting for... read more
