I would be very careful using 928 or Matt in any capacity. If you have to rent from them make sure you take photographs of everything before moving in. Any little scuff or piece of dirt make sure you photograph and document on your initial walkthrough. You also must schedule your exit walkthrough before your lease technically ends.
