Matt and Susan were absolutely amazing to work with throughout the entire home buying process! They are both patient, extremely knowledgeable, and very informative. The stories of how buying a house can be a pain was definitely not the case working with them. It was smooth, streamlined, and efficient... even in a difficult market. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to purchase a new home!

Navigating a cross country move with 2 teenagers and 2 pups while your husband is busy with work is not easy and I even understand real estate all too well! But I could not have done it without Matt and Susan keeping me on track from the beginning, through the negotiations, and making sure I had everything ready to close a smooth transaction for OVER ASKING PRICE! They marketed the home beautifully and it sold in one weekend. They are the team for you, no doubt!!!
