If you purchase a vehicle from Matt Bowers CDJR, please be warned that the service provided after point of sale will be abysmal. There was an issue with our 2021 Ram 1500 back in mid-December. We had it towed to the dealership for service. After being there for maybe 2 days, we were told the issue was fixed and we owed $1700. We paid the fee and went on our way. Buying a car here will be a breeze but you better hope you never have to use the service department for anything other than an oil change. They will have your car for over a month & not fix anything. Communication is NOT a thing at this service department. Letting a car sit for over 2 weeks without contacting the customer or returning said customers phone calls is apparently ok.
I came into the dealership on April 1st to trade in my car for a work truck. And on the way out Ryan (one of the managers ) was very inappropriate and disrespectful to me and my wife. Will never do business with this dealership again.
Trusted them with my money to put me in something reliable for me and my daughter . Not even a month of having the truck I was having problems and hearing noises . Which I brought back to the dealership to get checked out and informed them about the noise . I was told everything was checked out and they didn’t find anything wrong . DO NOT GO HERE! I mean unless you appreciate extremely slow unprofessional service with a huge lack of communication! Don’t fall for their extended warranty scams that cover absolutely nothing but a key fob I have never had a worse experience with a car dealership! When spending this amount of money I expect a little more!
