Not your average service center for sure! Excellent staff and service from the first call until the job was completed. The service advisor Sean was very helpful and kept me updated throughout the process. The technician Larry was extremely knowledgeable and broke his back to make sure I'd be able to have the car back before they closed. They even offered multiple times to bring me themselves, or let me use their car to run and get lunch while I waited since it was a long/tough job. Can't say enough good things about them. I'm normally satisfied with their service here but today was just horrible....I brought my vehicle in for a noise I was hearing and of course they didn't hear it but yet said a valve on my tire just fell off so had to replace it and charged me $116 for diagnostic which they couldn't tell me what was wrong with it so I fussed with the service guy about charging me for something they didn't do � the manager over heard the conversation and refunded me $65 of it so I left there still paid over $200 and while driving the same sou... read more
Nice and clean waiting area very polite staff but I think 2hr was a little long for a oil change when you have an appointment.
It was great. Only had to wait about a half hour. Had a nice room to sit in with coffee and drinks in the fridge for you. Great place!
Suck! I made an appt for an airbag recall fix. She told me she'd have to give the following Sat b/c they needed to order the part. I went on assigned date and was told they needed to order the part!!! Really? Rescheduled. Just called to make sure the part was there...shows the part was ordered but its not showing that it was received! Really? Fuck me. Call me when you get it together!
Always nice, had a little wait but was comfortable in the waiting room.
I bought my car there in 2009, have had maintenance and a remote installed. Sometimes the wait was longer than expected, but I was pleased with the service every time! Will keep going back.
