Our experience with Matt blac kia in Tom’s River was horrible. First it was annoying with staff members playing basketball in the showroom as we were trying to talk with Anthony the salesman. Anthony and the finance officer didn’t listen to our request and came back with everything opposite of what we asked. They didn’t even try to help us. They wanted nothing to do with us. There demeanor on there face and the way they acted because we are gay was very offensive.
If you have to go here for repairs make sure all your items are out of your car because guaranteed it will go missing.
Im very disappointed.
We had a great experience buying our 2025 KIA Sorento. Our salesperson, Allly Brust, was very knowledgeable and so personable...all in all, it was a wonderful experience!
We were car shopping for our mom and thought to stop at this Kia location. It was chic and very clean on the inside with a huge car lot. Our salesman was Matt and he was beyond amazing! He listened to everything my mom wanted, answered any questions we had, was not pushy, and overall created a great buying experience for my mom and us. I highly recommend this Kia location and asking for Matt next time you need a Kia!
