They are just like every other car dealer out there they're only after your money. That whole 350 a week guaranteed approval is a joke. I clear that and I offered $2,000 and a 2008 trade in and they didn't have the decency to call me back and tell me if I was accepted or denied. Which I know I was denied, out of all the car dealers I've dealt with they are the worst by far. Unless you have great credit or an unbelievable downpayment don't even waste your time. Better late then never. I purchased my 2017 Kia Forte back in January. Santino made my car buying experience a great success. His knowledge, expertise, and customer service was by far the best. Never experienced such class from a Salesperson before coming to Matt Blatt. I've recently had my vehicle serviced through the Service Department. The staff in the department was amazing. Howie is great at what he does through and through. He made my first car buying experience so smooth and easy. I was referred to him by my brother and two days later I drove off the lot with a Kia Sportage. If I am ever in a need for a new car I know who I'm going to first.
I have purchased a couple of vehicles at Matt Blatt Kia and have always had a great experience. I have sent several friends there as well and they too have had A great experience. My salesman Howie was very knowledgeable, very personable and treated us like part of the family. Well first off I stop by the dealership and I was greeted by Howie and another person out front. I told them I wasn't here to buy I just want to look at the car and show my wife. There was no pressure to keep me at the dealership I was on my way to the shore. A few days later I got a follow-up call from Matt Greenblatt. My experience yesterday was the best day ever! I didn’t think I was going to walk out of there with a new car.
