I've been with Matt over 15 years. I asked for an increase in valuation on my home owners insurance for a reverse mortgage. Two weeks later still nothing. I called and was told it's the main State Farm Office that's the hold up. I told them that is a problem as the main office must make all the decisions. If I had a claim I would have to wait on the main office to make the decision and that was not acceptable. Local offices must not have any authority. I asked for Matt to call and still nothing.
