Being a Canadian purchasing a condo in Maui was a bit overwhelming for me but Matt was very patient and explained the process and pointed me in the right direction when needed and was there throughout the process. He even checked in after closing a few times to make sure everything was ok in the unit and offered help if I needed further assistance.

Matt has worked with me for almost 2 1/2 years and through some frustrating times where my offers were accepted and then unaccepted. Until we finally were able to close on a condo in Honoapiilani in early 2021. He also helped me sell the condo in May, 2023. He has always been professional, providing knowledgeable advice and guidance with a positive attitude. I would highly recommend him without any reservation.....J. Martinez
