I had the Best Experience with Matt and Ali from Matt setting up Staging and assisting with that piece, to Ali and the DocuSign Docs. I was out of town when the Offer came in and it could not have gone smoother with the Communication and emails from both Matt and Ali. They assisted with my Purchase of the Kamas Home and will use them again in a Heartbeat!! You will be pleased, believe me.
Matt and Ali made a very competitive market more bearable. They worked tirelessly looking for homes in our budget, showing us anything and everything we wanted, and gracefully navigate a contract when selling and buying simultaneously. Very knowledgeable on the Park City market. In the end, they were able to seal the deal on our dream home and we couldn’t be happier!
Matt & Ali are the absolute best real estate team!! Matt is an incredible photographer & within days of listing our property they got us an offer at our asking price with a quick closing (which can be tricky with raw land!). They are familiar with the summit county area and were able to guide us in how we could get the best offer possible for our property. Cannot say enough great things and will only use this team in the future!
Matt and Ali helped us find and close on our dream home! They were very knowledgeable about all of the pros and cons of each neighborhood in the Park City area.
