Lived her for 12 years. I have never seen gross negligence like the current management staff. Can't do the books properly, has posted misdated and incorrect notices and receipts repeatedly. most recently let water flood outside my child's window for 4 days, spilling over 50,000 gallons of water. Had to take off work to cleanup water damage to my child's clothing and other articles. I love the Matsuaka townhomes. I hate that Betty left she always made sure the families here were always okay. These new people that have taken over are making it their bet to get everyone up out of here that's how I feel..
Stay far away from this place.
