We had some very occasional leaks through our roof in Manzanita. Josh came by with one day's notice, checked out the evidence of leaks inside, and climbed up on the roof top do some "5-year maintenance" that may take care of it for $350. He was confident and friendly, and spared me a more expensive job.
Where to start...Josh(owner) was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. This guy and his crew know what they are doing. Trust me, don't waste your time calling a random construction company and risk getting screwed. Josh did the siding on my residential home and it turned out amazing. This guy cuts no corners and takes his reputation very serious. Small, family owned business that serves our community rain or shine.
Fair pricing, communicative, on time and delivered as promised. Even provided drone shots of completed work. Highly recommended

I chose Matsells on the recommendation of a friend who had seen the company working in his neighborhood and very glad that I did. Josh was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. The crew tore off two layers of shingles and replaced some rotted wood on the 60+ year old A-frame. Josh worked with my insurance company in order to get stainless steel roofing products covered on the composite roof at the coast.
